The terms on which Spainbound Removals provides its removals services.
These terms outline the basis on which Spainbound Removals provides removals services between the UK and Spain. A written quotation provided to you forms the specific agreement for your move and takes precedence over these general terms where they differ.
Quotes
Quotes are based on the information you provide and a survey of your volume and requirements. A quote is valid for the period stated on it. Final pricing may change if the volume, access or services differ from those quoted.
Booking and payment
A booking is confirmed on receipt of a deposit as set out in your quote. The balance is payable in accordance with the payment terms in your quote.
Liability and insurance
Your belongings are handled with care and goods-in-transit insurance is in place. Full details of cover, limits and exclusions are provided with your quote. We recommend separate insurance for items of particularly high value.
Documentation and customs
We provide guidance on documentation associated with international moves but do not provide legal or customs advice. Responsibility for compliance with customs, tax and residency requirements rests with you.
